Important to note for Meta Advertising:

  • All packages require a minimum 3-month contract.

  • All new clients will be charged a once-off set-up fee ($500 AUD, no GST or €300 EUR plus VAT) which includes setting up the ad account & billing, conversion & tracking set-up, ad strategy & research, & custom audiences for targeting.

  • The prices below are the management fee only. Ad budget is additional and charged directly to you.

  • If it is your first time running ads on Meta, it is likely you will have budget restrictions on how much you can spend with Meta and your account will be in the Learning Phase, which can limit your results - we can speak more about this.

  • You will be billed directly for the ad budget by Meta. It's vital to have an active credit card to ensure your ads continue to run smoothly.

  • You must have active Facebook and Instagram accounts in order to run Meta Ads.

  • Minimum ad budget is roughly $100 AUD per ad/month OR €65 EUR per ad/month.

Meta Advertising FAQ

  • That's okay! I work with many brands who have never run Meta ads before on Facebook or Instagram. My recommendation for you would be to jump on a call with me (you can book this directly here). This way we can chat through all of your questions, concerns and what to expect.

  • Your budget will depend on a few factors including:

    • Your overall goals for running Meta ads.

    • How much you're willing to invest from a marketing perspective.

    • Where you are running your ads and how large your audience is who you'll be targeting demographically - the larger the audience (i.e. Australia wide), the larger the budget I would recommend.

    • Whether you've run ads in the past and have exited Meta's "learning phase".

    • How many campaigns and ads you want to run every month (the more ads, the higher the budget).

  • No - the costs you see above are my management fee costs. This is not the ad budget. In fact, you will be billed directly by Meta for this cost.

  • Meta has many ways we can target your ads to reach your ideal audience/customer. One of these ways is by building custom audiences where we can determine the geographical location, age, gender and interests to specifically target certain people. We can also target people based on how they've interacted with your brand - for example maybe we want to retarget people who have visited your Instagram in the past 60 days, or perhaps serve an ad to people who visited your website in the past 3 months. When setting up your ad campaigns and defining your audience, I do extensive research and work with you to ensure this targeting is a specific as possible.

  • Unfortunately I don't offer refunds for clients in this way. I do however try to set realistic expectations to ensure my clients know the risks involved with running ads. Ads are not guaranteed to deliver you results - and the results themselves can depend on a other factors including; your pricing, the user experience on your website/landing page, your brand perception, economic situations and more. They also won't give you magic results overnight. That's why I require a contract length of a minimum of 3 months to ensure we can test and optimise your campaigns as much as possible.

  • Yes! As a website designer I can create a custom landing page for you to capture leads and provide more relevant information after someone clicks on an ad. Having a custom landing page linked to your ads can improve the overall customer experience and can also increase enquiries.

  • Not necessarily. While I do recommend all brands have a repository of unique brand photos and content, I can actually create your ads (in image or video format) for you.
